It is the duty and privilege of every follower of Christ and of every local church of the Lord Jesus Christ to endeavor to make disciples of all nations.  The new birth of man's spirit by God's Holy Spirit means the birth of love for others.  Missionary effort on the part of all rests thus upon a spiritual necessity of the regenerate life, and is expressly and repeatedly commanded in the teachings of Christ.  The Lord Jesus Christ has commanded the preaching of the gospel to all nations.  It is the duty of every child of God to seek constantly to win the lost to Christ by verbal witness undergirded by a Christian lifestyle, and by other methods in harmony with the gospel of Christ.
As a local body, we have chosen various missionaries to support and we are committed to pray for them regularly, and to financially support them.
Some of our missionary information is not listed below due to the locations that they are serving in and for the safety of the missionaries and their families.

Joel and Sue have served on the mission field for many years.  In 2008, God brought them to Kathmandu, Nepal to share the gospel with the people in that region.  They are involved in a Bible Institute that trains national pastors and assists them with going back into their villages in Nepal, India and Bhutan to start churches.  They began Mercy Mission Children's Home in May of 2008.  The orphanage continues to grow and they are able to share God's love with these children.  They provide for their housing, food, education, medical, and spiritual welfare.  Recently they started a home for disadvantaged women and started the Arise and Shine Bakery to train and employ the women so they can earn a living.
